Welcome to the Village Management Association (VMA) of Eden Island in the Seychelles. This is where you as home owner will find out everything you need to know about the island and your home. The rules and regulations, services, facilities, maps, news, rates and levies, rental & resale as well as a host of information that will make your stay at Eden Island an absolute pleasure and hassle-free.

Overview of the Eden Island Resort

Eden Island is a residential marina development in Seychelles, and will be home to over 450 owners from all over the world. 40 hectares of prime property development featuring luxurious apartments, double-storey maisons and colonial style villas, each with its own mooring connects to the 16 hectares of waterways and the international marina, capable of handling super-yachts up to 100m in length.
